Emma joined Ford Sumner’s Employment and Litigation team in March 2026, bringing valuable experience gained at a boutique law firm specialising in tribunal and dispute resolution matters. She has developed a strong foundation in navigating complex legal issues and is known for her clear, practical, and solutions-focused approach.

Emma is committed to delivering thoughtful, well-reasoned advice and supporting clients through challenging situations with professionalism and care.

Outside of work, Emma leads an active lifestyle. She plays hockey, is training for an Ironman and enjoys following AFL and Formula 1.
