Senior Associate     

Civil Litigation/Dispute Resolution (and Employment or Construction)

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Associate to join and help lead our growing Litigation team in central Wellington. You will have experience leading a team, great client relationship skills and be motivated to advance your career by working within a fantastic team with great clients and a pathway to partnership.

The key attributes we are looking for in this position are:

  • A current NZLS practising certificate and at least six years post qualification experience.
  • Proven experience practising in civil litigation/dispute resolution and either employment or construction;
  • A sharp legal brain with a proven ability to apply legal principles in a solution- orientated, client focused manner;
  • Strong leadership ability with a cooperative and collaborative approach to working within and helping lead a team;
  • ·A flexible and adaptable approach to matters and the varied demands of a thriving office with a diverse client base;
  • A professional approach to service delivery and exceeding client expectations;
  • An experienced practitioner looking for the right firm to build a mutually supportive and beneficial long-term future with.
