We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Senior Associate to join and work alongside Commercial Partner Sarah Churstain and the wider team. You will have excellent client relationship skills and be motivated to advance your career by working with a great team.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- at least five years post qualification experience practising in commercial and corporate law;
- a current NZLS practicing certificate;
- experience in complex commercial transactions;
- an interest in working across multiple matters in the aviation sector;
- proven leadership experience and a passion for nurturing, investing in and developing more junior lawyers;
- a positive outlook with great communication skills and the ability to develop a rapport with the team and our clients;
- conscientiousness and a good work ethic coupled with a “can do” attitude;
- a flexible and adaptable approach to matters and the varied demands of a thriving office with a diverse client base;
- the initiative to work independently and drive matters forward;
- excellent attention to detail and a focus on delivering a high-quality and timely service to clients;
- a professional approach to service delivery and not only managing, but exceeding client expectations.
