Jason joined Ford Sumner in 2023 and specialises in commercial, corporate and property law. He has practiced in these areas advising local and national clients at firms in both Wellington and Auckland for the past nine years.
Jason is particularly experienced in business acquisitions, shareholder and company structure matters, employee share schemes, commercial conveyancing and subdivisions, and lease matters.
In addition to the above, Jason’s commercial experience includes expertise in the following:
